All Wildwood Copywriting services are delivered exclusively in digital format. No physical goods, printed materials, or shipped items are produced or delivered under any engagement. This is a fundamental characteristic of our service model and is reflected in our pricing.
Copy is delivered via Google Docs (with strategic annotations and commenting enabled for collaborative review). Final clean versions are provided in .docx and plain text (.txt) formats. Brand playbooks and guides are delivered as formatted PDF documents. Email sequences include platform-specific formatting notes for the client's email service provider. All files are shared via Google Drive or email attachment as appropriate.
Sapling: 10 working days from project kickoff.
Canopy: 18 working days from project kickoff.
Ancient: 26 working days from project kickoff.
Grounded Web Copy: 10-16 working days.
Root Stories: 14-20 working days.
Trail Emails: 10-16 working days.
Clearing Pages: 12-18 working days.
Field Journals: 15 working days (initial batch).
Foraging Ads: 7-12 working days.
Accelerated Growth add-on: Reduces timeline by approximately 50%.
Working days are Monday-Friday, excluding Italian public holidays. Timelines begin from the date of the completed voice foraging session (not the date of payment). Timelines assume timely client feedback within 7 working days of each draft delivery. Client delays in providing feedback extend timelines proportionally.
The Client has 7 working days to review each deliverable and provide feedback or approval. If no response is received within 14 calendar days of delivery, the deliverable is deemed accepted. Acceptance of the final deliverable triggers the commencement of any post-project support period included in the plan.
Ancient plan includes 30 days of post-delivery support for minor text adjustments and implementation queries. All plans include email support for implementation questions for 14 days after final delivery.
