These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client", "you") and Wildwood Copywriting ("Wildwood", "we", "us"), a copywriting studio registered at Via Zamboni 16, 40126 Bologna, Italy. By accessing wildwoodcopywriting.com, placing an order, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Wildwood provides professional copywriting services including but not limited to: grounded web copy, root stories (brand narratives), trail emails (automated email sequences), clearing pages (landing pages), field journals (blog and content marketing), and foraging ads (paid advertising copy). All services are delivered digitally. No physical goods are produced, shipped, or delivered under any circumstances.
A binding contract is formed when you complete the checkout process and payment is successfully processed via Stripe. Upon successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation and a senior writer will contact you within 48 hours to begin the project intake process. Quotes provided before checkout are valid for 14 calendar days.
All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include all applicable costs. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Full payment is required at the time of ordering for Sapling and individual service purchases. For Canopy and Ancient plans, payment is required in full at checkout, with the option to arrange milestone billing for projects exceeding โฌ500 (contact us to arrange). Invoices are provided automatically via email after payment.
5.1 Client Ownership: Upon receipt of full payment, the Client receives full ownership of all custom copy, text, and deliverables produced specifically for their project. This includes all final drafts, revisions, and supporting documents such as brand playbooks and tone-of-voice guides.
5.2 Wildwood Rights: Wildwood retains the right to display anonymised excerpts of delivered work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials, unless the Client objects in writing within 14 days of project completion. Wildwood retains ownership of all proprietary tools and processes used during project delivery.
5.3 Third-Party IP: Any stock images, fonts, or third-party assets recommended or referenced during a project remain the property of their respective owners and are subject to their own licensing terms.
Each plan includes a specified number of revision rounds ("pruning rounds"). Revisions must be submitted as a single consolidated document per round. Revision requests received more than 30 calendar days after delivery of the relevant draft are not covered under included rounds and may be subject to additional charges at our hourly rate. Additional revision rounds beyond those included in the plan may be purchased at our published hourly rate. Scope changes requested after the project has begun will be quoted separately and require written agreement before implementation.
The Client agrees to: provide all necessary brand materials, content, access credentials, and information within 5 working days of the project start; provide consolidated feedback within 7 working days of receiving each draft; ensure that all materials provided to Wildwood are owned by the Client or properly licensed; and designate a single point of contact for all project communications. Delays in Client feedback will extend project timelines proportionally.
Wildwood's total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services is limited to the total fees paid by the Client for the specific project in question. Wildwood does not guarantee specific commercial outcomes including but not limited to conversion rates, revenue figures, traffic volumes, or search engine rankings. Past results referenced in our marketing materials are historical and do not constitute guarantees of future performance.
Both parties agree to treat all non-public information exchanged during the project as confidential. This obligation survives the termination of the project for a period of 2 years. Formal Non-Disclosure Agreements are available upon request at no additional charge.
Either party may terminate the engagement with 14 calendar days' written notice. In the event of termination: work completed to date will be invoiced and is non-refundable; work not yet commenced will be refunded in full; work in progress will be settled according to the Refund Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Italian Republic. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bologna, Italy.
Wildwood reserves the right to amend these Terms. Material changes will be communicated to active clients via email. Continued use of our services after notification constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. Last updated: March 2026.
