This Refund Policy applies to all copywriting services purchased through wildwoodcopywriting.com. It should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service and Delivery Policy.
You are entitled to a full refund if you request cancellation within 48 hours of purchase AND no project work has commenced (i.e., the foraging/research phase has not begun). To request a full refund, email grove@wildwoodcopywriting.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your order confirmation number.
If project work has commenced, refunds are calculated based on the phase of completion at the time of the cancellation request:
Foraging phase completed (research and voice work done): 20% of the project fee is retained; 80% is refunded.
Mapping phase completed (wireframes/outlines approved): 40% retained; 60% refunded.
First draft delivered: 60% retained; 40% refunded.
Pruning rounds commenced: 80% retained; 20% refunded.
Final copy delivered and accepted: No refund available (all work has been delivered).
If you are genuinely dissatisfied with the quality of the delivered copy after all included pruning rounds have been used, we will provide one additional free pruning round before any financial remedy is considered. This additional round must be requested within 14 calendar days of final delivery.
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method via Stripe. The exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer. You will receive email confirmation when the refund has been initiated.
If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, please contact grove@wildwoodcopywriting.com to discuss. We are committed to fair resolution. If we cannot reach agreement, you may pursue resolution through the European Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/odr) or the courts of Bologna, Italy.
